Registration Fee and how to pay it
 
The registration fee should be paid after the acceptance of the paper. The authors are invited to periodically check the list of accepted papers that will be available and permanently updating on the conference page (the second button in the Menu available to the left of the main page).
 
I. Attending authors:
·         100 euro per paper (no more than 3 authors)
·         For any additional paper: 75 euro per paper (no more than 3 authors)
·         The participants to the previous ICEAs will pay the regular fee for the first paper and will register every second paper FREE OF CHARGE.
 
This fee includes the conference bag, the lunches, dinner, coffee breakes as well as the publication of the paper and mailing the electronic conference proceedings to the authors or, in case the papers will be included in one of the journals mentioned in the Publication Opportunities section, the specific issue.
 
II. Not attending authors:
This cathegory refers to the participants in the standard ICEA conference and not in the workshops,. If you registered your paper in either of the workshops and you cannot attend the event, please contact the workshop chair for details.
For the not attending authors, there is a charge of 50 euro for the first paper, and 25 for each consecutive paper. This fee includes the publication of the paper and mailing the electronic conference proceedings or, in case the papers will be included in one of the journals mentioned in the Publication Opportunities section, the specific issue.
For payments in Lei (recommended for the Romanian citizens): the fee will be paid in the name of Gheorghita Carmen, our financial manager, in the following account number:
