Only the authors of the registered papers are allowed to attend the conference. The conference organizers will not reply to any participation request from others than authors. Please, do NOT insist either by email, or by phone.

The participants should also be advised that getting Romanian visa is a personal responsibility of each author. Neither the conference manager, nor other members of the organizing committee will get involved in any direct contact with any embassy.

The participants should be informed that the organizing committee doesn't provide participants with any INVITATION letter. Each author may receive a standard CONFIRMATION letter, stating that the paper has been accepted and included in the conference program. Such letter states that the author(s) may perform an oral presentation with the occasion of the scientific event. The letter can be used for visa issue, if the case, but isn't an INVITATION letter.

For accommodation proof, you should be in touch with the hotel you are going to attend, and not with the conference manager. Such proof is part of getting visa procedures and is beyond the competences of the organizing committee."
